    Greeter was friendly and the food was good. The place was pretty much empty, so I was surprised that it took a while for my food to come out. It certainly didn't take them long to get my check ready though and everyone had time to socialize.

    Special event celebration...not so special. Server kept taking requests for service, then seemed to be too busy to remember the requests...sorry, mate...it's the truth. The loaded baked potatoe was...disgusting! Cold, old baked reheated taste...stick to the French fries, more likely not to be old and cold. Steaks were good...not cooked to our definition of medium...but they are supposed to know, they are a "Steakhouse" for Goodness sake...oh, that's what I needed...saki...Lots of it! Still...the server was kind and apologetic. There are lots of other steakhouses and new brewpubs out there...time to check them out.

    The picture of what you see in the menu is way different of what you are served. I wouldn't recomend this place. The taste was good. I order my meat "medium well" and it was in its point but the size compared to the picture...got nothing to do. If you want, take a look at the picture I took and find the differences...if any.

    So far , THE WORST experience going out. We waited for our food for an hour and fourty minutes. Our appetizer came last. My order was all messed up and I needed to wait for a manager to get me a cup of soup that I ordered. Well, they made our meal free, but the mood was endlessly ruined. The service was awful. Even with the call button for server flashing, he kept ignoring us. Another server gave us an attitude. And we were polite and patient all this time. Forget about an apology - the manager just mumbled that the meal is free for us. I am not coming back there ever.

    Friendly greetings, great service eating delicious steak and lobster in the bar!! Gave us extra bread and nice owner/manager gave me extra dressing and offered bread immediately when we sat down! Hats off to the cooks, steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked!! Highly recommend!!
